My partner and I recently moved into our new home in San Francisco and realized that the electrical had not been updated since the house was built. Victor came out the same week I called him for a quote and explained everything super clear! The price was definitely not the cheapest, but they are 100% worth the price. Their crews were super efficient and on top of that were super clean. Adolfo the foreman made sure the project moved along efficiently and was always available to answers all the questions we had. Overall they Victor & Adolfo were amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better contractor. 5/5!!!!!

they gave me a quote same day for a subpanel upgrade after sending them pictures — they then came out 2 days later and got the job done in a little over half a day with 2 guys. was very impressed with their efficiency.

Sergio & his team do phenomenal work and have been regular electrical contractors for both our HOA and for my extended family. He was able to scope and deliver a very complex EV charger project involving splicing new subpanel for all units in our building and then wiring each parking spot to be EV ready. His team completed all of the work extremely efficiently, pulled permits and coordinated inspections, and delivered the full project on a quick timeline and within budget. He also helped to repair our aging heating elements and wired our new appliance system. I would highly recommend Sergio and his team for any electrician project - they are the best!

Very good and fast.

We used Urban Energy Electricians for a small circuit rewiring in our basement. They had a cancellation so were able to get us down in the Outer Sunset in the next day which was a massive bonus.

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Lights Out totally upgraded my condo! They installed new recessed cans in my bedroom, upgraded my kitchen lights to LED, installed new pendant lights over my countertop, installed a fan in my living room, and put in upgraded outlet covers. It all looks great and takes my condo from looking cookie cutter to having it's own personality. They made great suggestions on how to set up my lighting for the best look and feel of the condo, were very clean and friendly, and the price was reasonable for all the work I had done. Highly recommended!
