Victor was very professional from the beginning. He promptly returned my call, he came out quickly to meet with me and give me an estimate for the work that I wanted done. He gave me some great suggestions in the process. He had his electricians start the job within a day.
The electricians did a great job of installing new lights, outlets, sensors and switch’s. They were true professionals.

He came out the same day to give an estimate and was able to do the work the next day. His rates are reasonable and he uses high quality materials. I was very happy with the work that was done. We worked with Urban Energy on a series of electrical issues at our home in Potrero Hill in San Francisco and we plan on working with them again in the future. Came and fixed something next day! Really nice guy

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.
