Harry and Alex have gone above and beyond with their work. They are great at communicating when and where they will show up, what type of work they have been doing, and what you need to do going forward for maintenance if necessary. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean that my housemate accidentally blew a fuse on New Year's Day, and Harry and Alex were at the house within 15 minutes to identify the issue and fix it, and we haven't had any issues since then. It was incredible. They also handled a potential headache with the permitting office and got everything done quickly and with minimum work on my end. I love their professionalism and will be happy to hire them again.

We thought we had a ghost in our house as the lights began flickering and we would change the bulbs and more kept flickering. Trevor looked at the layout, looked at the box. Identified the culprits and the needed new part and got them and was in and out with a job well done. He was able to investigate the issue and resolve it very nicely. I would call him back again.

I didn't end up using REF, because Hector was such a straight-shooter that he suggested my handyman should likely have a look at the issue first to see if my electrical issue was a simple solve (and thereby save myself some money). This was after he patiently talked me through the problem on the phone and suggested some trouble-shooting. I noted REF has expertise with old SF buildings like mine, so figured I would call them back if it was a more complex issue - but thankfully, just as Hector suspected, it was not.
