Great experience and shoutout to Victor and his team. They arrived on time to do the Tesla wall charger install inside my garage. They offered me to do it concealed and did a pretty nice job of it. They even installed a secondary Nema 14-50 outlet for future use. Definitely recommend Victor and his team for EV charging installs.

Harry and Alex have gone above and beyond with their work. They are great at communicating when and where they will show up, what type of work they have been doing, and what you need to do going forward for maintenance if necessary. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean that my housemate accidentally blew a fuse on New Year's Day, and Harry and Alex were at the house within 15 minutes to identify the issue and fix it, and we haven't had any issues since then. It was incredible. They also handled a potential headache with the permitting office and got everything done quickly and with minimum work on my end. I love their professionalism and will be happy to hire them again.

Very rude drivers

We brought several electricians before BV. BV solved our problem in two hours. They were professional and incredibly competent. We are so happy!

One day recently around 9 PM, I had the main breaker shut off at my house due to some electrical short, and it would not flip back on (it was stuck in the off position). I had no electricity at all, and plenty of work I needed to complete over the next couple of days. I called 11 electricians that night, hoping someone might have a 24-hour service and could charge me to come out and fix it. Only one person answered: Eddie from A 24 Electric. Not only did he answer, but he talked me through the process to reset my stuck breaker, spending 30 minutes on the phone with me, patiently, and talking me through this whole situation. The most incredible part of this call was that he was on vacation overseas, eating breakfast in another country, when he answered. When I found out he was on the call I tried to apologize and excuse myself but he really wanted to help me fix the problem before I hung up.

By the end of the call, my power was restored and he did not ask for a dollar for his time. Few companies would ever provide this level of service, even for a fee. The fact that he was so helpful, after hours, and on his VACATION no less, speaks volumes about his character and business. I will always recommend this company in the future due to this level of service. Thank you again for the help!

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Chris Murtagh and Paganini Electric were professional, proactive, reliable, and effective throughout our office build out project during this most difficult time of the pandemic. Even with arduous safety protocols surrounding work during COVID, Chris and staff made the transition smoothly and were flexible throughout; offering candid suggestions for our best interests. The final product was superb and we've had no electrical issues nor do we expect any. Thank you, Chris, and team at Paganini. Today, my electrical panel had to be moved in my apartment. I happened to be working from home, and what I expected to be a major nuisance turned out to be the furthest from it. Jeff from Century was efficient, conscientious, and a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend Century (and Jeff!) to anyone who needs electrical work done.
