Chris Murtagh and Paganini Electric were professional, proactive, reliable, and effective throughout our office build out project during this most difficult time of the pandemic. Even with arduous safety protocols surrounding work during COVID, Chris and staff made the transition smoothly and were flexible throughout; offering candid suggestions for our best interests. The final product was superb and we've had no electrical issues nor do we expect any. Thank you, Chris, and team at Paganini. It was a pleasure working with you on our firm's new home and appreciate your thoughtfulness throughout the length of the project.

They generally do the job well, however it is impossible to reach them at certain hours since they do not have a full time office person staffing phone lines. I have employed them continuously over several years and they have been doing what is needed each time.

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Very overpriced: quoted me $200 per light for installing two fixtures (~30 minutes of work for $400), even after I had already set up by turning off the breaker, removing the old fixtures from the ceiling, etc.

They charged me $89 for the house call (which I had agreed to beforehand). In retrospect, I should have pushed harder for a quote over the phone. Other electricians were willing to give quotes based on pictures, etc., so this clearly exists just to make money.

Once the electrician showed up, it felt that he didn't think it was worth his time and just wanted the $89 house call fee, so quoted an excessively high price just to end the visit.

......I would like to recommend Electrical Land to everyone. They were fast and courteous in repairing my breaker that didn't reset today. The electrician cleaned up after himself and didn't leave a mess. I believe this company is the best choice for everyone needing an affordable electrical service. Thank you!

Called several electrical contractors and had several WIDE ranging bids for the work which left us unsure how to proceed.... seemed like some just wanted to sell us things we don't need. Called Nathan and he was able to explain our options and MORE IMPORTANT, was able to provide us with alternative solutions that fit our needs and budget after the home purchase.
