Even with arduous safety protocols surrounding work during COVID, Chris and staff made the transition smoothly and were flexible throughout; offering candid suggestions for our best interests. They generally do the job well, however it is impossible to reach them at certain hours since they do not have a full time office person staffing phone lines. I have employed them continuously over several years and they have been doing what is needed each time.

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

They worked efficiently! That's one thing I like about this company because they have a very talented electrician who can handle the circuit breaker that keeps tripping. I love the way they do it because they managed to do the service in the most convenient time and even performed it with high quality. A truly masterful display of performance! Thank you, guys!

Coil was responsive and easy to work with, even when we had to reschedule a couple times due to changes on our end. The day of the job, Vladimir arrived on time and was incredibly easy to talk with, explaining things well for a layman so I knew exactly what he was going to do. The end result was very cleanly done (they had to run the electricity for a long distance on the exterior of our house, due to the location of our electrical panel). Really happy with this service and would be happy to work with Coil again in the future. A top notch operation, through and through.
