He upgraded our electricity panel and now the breakers aren't switching off all the time. Michael is very responsive and always explains clearly exactly what he is doing and why. He change an outdoor electric outlet in the pouring rain without complaint. He is very friendly and easy to work with.

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.
