Harry and Alex have gone above and beyond with their work. They are great at communicating when and where they will show up, what type of work they have been doing, and what you need to do going forward for maintenance if necessary. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean that my housemate accidentally blew a fuse on New Year's Day, and Harry and Alex were at the house within 15 minutes to identify the issue and fix it, and we haven't had any issues since then. It was incredible. They also handled a potential headache with the permitting office and got everything done quickly and with minimum work on my end. I love their professionalism and will be happy to hire them again.

We have worked with Hector Escamilla for about three years now, as he has done three major jobs for us during that time. Hector and his team recently completed a nearly-complete rewiring of two flats in SF to eliminate all existing knob and tube wiring. Very knowledgeable, and they do excellent work. I recommend very highly!

Yevgeny is a consummate professional - always on time, fixes the plumbing problems quickly, accurately and without a fuss, takes before/after pictures and always points out if anything else requires attention. Last week I attempted what looked like a simple DIY project of replacing a kitchen sink sprayer and got stuck - needed a specialized tool to unscrew the existing hose. Yevgeny was there in 45 minutes, the new sprayer was installed in another 15 minutes. He also notices that my P-trap wasn't securely assembled, so he disassembled the trap and re-installed the whole thing in the process. Thank you Yevgeny for another plumbing job well done!

We hired Ricky to install a couple outlets for us, both indoor and outdoor. He was really careful to explain options and potential obstacles with our old Oakland house. He did a good job and left the area neat. Will definitely call him again.

Blocked my driveway without notice

After visiting our house they lied about the difficulty of the job to get us to agree to a quote that was three times longer than the job actually required. Work was sloppy with no attempt whatsoever at cleaning up after themselves and a crooked outlet. They charged us for over an hour of driving to get materials that I could have gathered in 20 minutes on foot -- we live right by two hardware stores. WORST contractor experience I have ever had.

I believe many of their positive reviews must be bought / bots, they are simply too terrible to be believed.
