Victor and his team completely rewired and upgraded the electrical service to my entire home, and the process couldn't have been smoother! They pulled permits, met with City inspectors, and got everything signed off without any issues. Communication was excellent, and they made great suggestions when I was unsure. To top it off, they are really nice, trustworthy people!

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Even with arduous safety protocols surrounding work during COVID, Chris and staff made the transition smoothly and were flexible throughout; offering candid suggestions for our best interests. Communication was excellent. Follow-up demonstrated genuine caring. But here's something we noticed that we did not expect. The crew worked together like a symphony. These guys were attuned to each other in a way that allowed synchronicity and efficiency that I never thought about in roof work. This was especially important as our roof has a 45 degree slope and many roofers flat did not want to do the job.

I have a client who had her roof done (and paid more than double what we did) and several days later I found 3 nails in her driveway. It only takes one nail to cause a flat tire. It was deeply gratifying watching the crew scouring our ground EVERY SINGLE DAY. Not ONE Nail was left behind!

Just terrible. Do not use. Despite repeated reminders, did not lock doors when they left for the day. Also left a messes in the kitchen several times and in the fridge, cigarette butts and empty cans in the back yard, etc.. Completely unprofessional. It was so bad I ended up firing him.
