John was extremely helpful in trying to debug a very complicated problem with us. We just moved into a new apartment and there seemed to be a break in the electricity. Although the problem was too big for him to fix, he referred us to someone who could help and outlined the steps we would need to contact a flooring guy to finish the rest. John is extremely knowledgable and professional. Would definitely recommend!
