Best Water Damage Repair in San Diego CA

I recently purchased a condo and had electrical repair work that was recommended in the inspection report. I contacted several companies and just based on the phone conversation (receptionist was very pleasant, and knowledgable) I had decided go with Point Loma Electric. Repairman arrived right on time. He had a little trouble understanding the recommendations in report, but did provide me an estimate based on the report. He said he did not necessary agree with them all and said he wanted to run it past a senior electrician. I loved it, someone willing to get a second opinion and not just charge me for things that did not even need to be fixed. Just have to say the overall experience with company has been very positive and I am very comfortable that all the electrical work was done correctly at the right price. If I ever need an electrician again, I will be going back to Point Loma electric.

Owner Dan and his entire crew are very unhelpful. They fail to properly assess the needs of the client and to give expert advice on what it takes to address the business' needs. They are unhelpful, hostile and rude to the client. They are aggressive and derogatory in their dealings with the customer even though we have given them repeat business. They push for getting paid before they make sure their job is properly installed, tested and functional. I urge you strongly to look for your interest and think twice about hiring them and get yourself into a lot of aggravation and poor service as I have done.
