The first day that Jay (our project manager) arrived at our house to discuss the project/estimate, he took out his notebook and started sketching the design of the living room wall based on what we discussed. At the time, I was discussing the project with several contractors and Jay was the only one that that truly showed an interest in making my vision a reality. Jay also has a background in design/architecture/art! The team did an amazing job of completing all aspects of the project with perfect attention to the details.
