Rick was able to get the diagnostic done on the same day. After the diagnostic, he gave us a fair quote to replace our in-wall electric heaters. He worked with the vendor for the heaters and was able to install the same day he picked up the heaters. Overall, I highly recommend Rick and am very happy with the results.
