Worst customer service ever, not kidding. No idea how any of these other customers were able to give a 5 star review at all. I lost power to my home, explained that my fridge was also effected and was defrosting. Two hours after I made the work request I got a text that a technician would arrive about 7 hours later. I called to cancel the appointment, talked to the same person with whom I made the appointment and he hung up on me after confirming the cancel. Rude, apathetic and manipulative of a customer's needs. They treat you like you'll either wait for them on their time or you'll find someone else. Unbelievable. The technician never gave me a name either. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not use this company, use literally anyone else. Unbelievable!

I was looking for an electrician to come out on a Sunday afternoon, and I couldn't get anyone until Rich returned my call. I explained the problem, and through his good faith and true professionalism, Rich offered his expertise and explained the cause, and actually walked me through on how to reset our circuit breaker over the phone, and was at least able to restore power to the main parts of the house. We still need to restore power to the rest of the house, and I didn't think twice to reach back out to Rich! He responded promptly. He saved our Sunday! I would recommend Lightning Electric.
