This is the second & third times we have worked with Ideal on house projects. The first time was installing central AC & heat, and that went so well that we thought of Ideal when we had our next major house project -- rewiring the electrical. Coincidentally we had a plumbing leak at the same time and decided to hire them to fix the leak. All experiences have been excellent from start to finish. Ideal is extremely professional on every level! Ricci in their office helped us so much with scheduling, answering questions, and keeping us updated through her communication. Mac (electrician) and Aaron (plumber) were always on-time, highly communicative, respectful of our house, and efficient. We appreciate Ideal so much and trust them with our biggest house projects!

I called Steve from Electrical Solution around 8 pm, By 6 am the following morning Steve was at my front door ready to work on the issues I had talked to him about the prior evening. He immediately worked on and fixed the issues,I was pleasantly surprised with E/S fees and immediate service. I asked for adding a consumption meter to my electric panel to see the current consumption real time. He said it is not going to be showing circuit by circuit but it will show realt time consumption. Got a quote for about $850. Then when he completed he sent a $956 for bill. When I asked, he said inital one was only estimate. I didnt say anything and paid. Then saw that it is not actually metering the consumption. I have texted him and he said it will be updating twice a day… i can already see that consumption on SDGE, and wouldnt pay ablut $1000 just to see that twice. That definitely doesnt work for me. When I mentioned this to him he said he told me at the beginning. Such a bad experience.

Nothing but good things to say about Gforce. The electrician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time, very honest, and made quick work of our issue. He careful looked at our breaker box, the problem breaker, went through each switch that might have been the source of our electrical failure. In the end, our electrical outage and flickering are gone and we could not be any more appreciative to him.
