Premo Electric Electrician
I cannot recommend Premo Electric enough! On 12/23/2022, I had a major emergency with a burned outlet that caught fire in my home. I called Premo Electric in a panic, and they were able to dispatch one of their electricians, Sean, to my home within a matter of hours. From the moment Sean arrived, I could tell he was a true professional. He immediately assessed the situation and identified the problem as a faulty outlet. He then replaced it with a GFCI outlet, a proper one, and carefully checked the rest of my electrical system to ensure there were no other issues. What impressed me most about Sean was his attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why, and he made sure to double-check his work before he left. I have never felt so confident and reassured by an electrician before.I am so grateful to Premo Electric and Sean for saving the day and preventing further damage to my home. They truly went above and beyond in their service, and I will definitely be using them for all of my future electrical needs. Five stars is not enough for this fantastic company - they deserve a ten!

Goodman Electric & Lighting Services Electrician
Two-three months ago Randy the owner/operator arrived here to install new LED ceiling lights in our family room which turned out great. The only issue was that we had specifically requested (in writing) to be able to adjust color temperature along with dimming via remote.Randy brought dimmable LED ceiling lights, but not ones with color temp control via remote. When asked about this, instead of apologizing & admitting an understandable “opps”, Randy says: “You CAN adjust the color temp, but only on the actual lights…”What? Like we’re really going to climb up a ladder, un-install the ceiling light and switch the color temp every time the mood hits us. That may be great exercise, but not convenient. Then Randy declares, “Most people just pick one color for a room & stick with it”. Nice to know, but that’s not what we asked for - in writing - but I let it go.Before the install, his Manager/Wife asked me to send a to-do list. I did. Weeks had gone by so a few days before the installation date, I called to verify. This is where things got weird. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what, but Alisha acted annoyed that I was calling to touch base on my own project. Then she had the effrontery to accuse me of “micromanaging” & shares that she “hates to be micromanaged; it annoys me” - not in a funny way, but a rude scolding manner.I was a brand new Customer. I should have just taken my business elsewhere with this nonsense. However, I’m seriously ill & couldn’t stomach starting over. Maybe she was having a bad day? I chose to kill with kindness, made a joke out of it - life’s too short.I had sent a detailed email per her request in an sincere attempt to respect their time and mine - prevent that back-and-forth, multiple emails’ thing that happens when discussing multiple projects. After all her odd complaining and defensiveness, Randy still managed to bring wrong type of can lights. Ironic. Me thinks you DO need to be managed. My brother had to be very involved in the placement of the LED ceiling lights. I was sitting in the room watching while Randy and a young man struggled with the measurements. My brother had to point out repeatedly, but politely when they took incorrect measurements as they were a foot off. Again, the end result was great so …What really sent me over the edge was today. I had Randy come out again a month ago to switch out all our remaining ceiling lights for new dimmable ones. I was even asked if I wanted those on a remote or wall switches for dimming. I chose the later.Randy switched out all the lights, but he “forgot” to bring dimmer switches. What’s the point of having dimmable lights if I don’t have a switch to dim them with? So, we had to reschedule again to finish the project.Today, Randy presented me with a 2nd bill for $390. I already paid $1,500 assuming that light switches were a part of the install. Silly me. He said he only charged me for the lights he replaced. So, let’s get this right. If I purchase a toilet with install, you install the toilet, but forget the lever that works it, and then come back later to charge more money. Yes, I’m calling BS! Randy then threatens to remove all new switches & put back the old ones!! What a bully!Who talks to an woman this way - especially someone seriously ill?! I just agreed to write a check to be done.As he’s leaving my bedroom (I’m confined to bedrest), Randy jokes to my sweet, refined, educated Mother, “Come on, Grams”. I saw my Mom’s face look hurt/offended. Now, I’m mad. I have to tell him not to refer to my Mom as “Grams” - twice. His excuse: he didn’t know her name (then ask) & he refers to his grandmother as “Grams”. He doesn’t get it. I wonder if it’s Randy’s lights that were dim at this point. Cue eye roll.I don’t like writing bad reviews, but they really need to clean up their act. Poor communication, lack of common courtesy (Randy & his cranky wife), forgetting essential parts and an odd de-bundling of a project’s price. Needless to say, we’re done.
