Was in the middle of a project when my person had a family emergency. I desperately needed a ceiling fan installed in order to complete the project by the next morning. Peter after being contacted at 3 PM was able to give me help by 6 PM the same day on a Saturday! It wasn’t like he had time he went out of his way to do this to help me out. Above and beyond!
