I called about trouble with an office florescent light. The man I spoke to was responsive and super helpful. He was able to assess the issue and then guided me to a simple fix that saved me from a full consultation. Now my light works and I am looking forward to working with this company from now on. If we could, we would give LTE/Luke 6 stars ? ? ? ? ? ?!!! Our home had outdated recessed lighting with an internal ballast causing a lot of lighting issues. Luke retrofitted our existing recessed lighting bybypassing the transformer, and installing 120v LEDs bringing us into the year 2021. I recommend Luke with the highest praise knowing firsthand his level of knowledge, expertise and professionalism. LTE is excellent, fast and reasonably priced. Trust LTE, you will be satisfied!

He careful looked at our breaker box, the problem breaker, went through each switch that might have been the source of our electrical failure.
