The company ghosted me after coming out to my home to take a look.The person on the phone and the guy who came out were polite and helped answer questions, even explaining that they don't do mini-split installs anymore due to liability issues.In the end, I guess the work didn't amount to much, so they figured it wasn't worth even an email to let me know they wouldn't be interested.
