Kevin was responsive to my calls, courteous in person, and did an honest assessment of the situation at my home. We had two separate issues (the 220v dryer outlet was trying to start the house on fire, and our main breaker panel was poorly customized by the previous owner which was arcing and causing power failures). He came out in the early evening and provided a quote at no charge, and when we agreed to the quote (which was lower than we were expecting), he went out and got the necessary parts and installed them that night. Everything is working great now! I hope I don't have any more electrical issues, but if I do, I'll be calling Pawson Electric.

Loved Josh and his knowledge of everything. Very professional, nice, and thorough. We will definitely be looking into a regular service package because of his expertise. Also the time to come service was super fast. I highly recommend.

I have now used West Ward Jr., owner of The Electric Company of Texas, twice, once for an installation (see review below), and a second time for electrical repairs. After watching him work on these two jobs, I am an even bigger fan of his professionalism, expertise, and very timely response to my electrical problems. As I said in my review below, Ward is young, but he is really good at his profession, and I give him the highest marks for his work. He is now my go to electrician.I needed an electrician on short notice to replace an electric tankless hot water heater in our home. Being the day after Thanksgiving, I anticipated a low probability of finding a qualified electrician that could provide same day service. Although West, the owner, only had two reviews on Google, I liked what I read, and subsequent conversations with him indicated he was going to be the kind of business man that I like to work in my home. He is young, but don't let his age deceive you. He arrived on time, worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I have seen enough electricians in my life to recognize excellent performance after 5 minutes of watching him work. We will certainly use him the next time I need electrical work on our home, and highly recommend him. He will not disappoint you.I

Customer service is non existent. The installation was a horrible experience itself. I ordered a back up battery and the first time we had a storm it didn't kick in so I called the electricity company they said it was getting partial power. So i called and called the company no one ever answered. Left a message got a call from an electrician said he would be out to look at it. It's been three weeks now and still nothing. Tried calling again. Still no one answers. I'm paying for something i can't even use. Please research companies before you use them. I made that mistake won't do that again. And don't want anyone else to go through that either.
