We hired Scott and Carol to renovate our very outdated and under-utilized kitchen in our 1930s Monticello Park home, as well as convert a small half-bath into a full-sized bathroom with tub and shower combo. We are absolutely thrilled with the results of both, and have the Kressner’s and their team to thank for it. They were very accessible when we had questions and were so helpful/flexible when it came to keeping things within our budget. Can’t recommend enough! Back in November 2020, he missed the first appointment. He apologized and said I would get a discount. Tried to book another appointment and he wasn’t on time. Booked a third appointment and he finally showed up but didn’t call to let me know he was on his way. But anyway, he looked at my house and said he would send a quote thru email in a few hours. I didn’t get the quote for 3 days!! And I had to text him twice for it. After he sent the quote thru text and not email, he didn’t even try to ask “does this work for you? When would you like to start?” Didn’t even tell me if it included the discount. He was not interested in my business I guess. I thought businesses wanted to make money?
