Hired Mister Sparky to inspect my home for electrical issues as I have light fixtures that regularly killed LED bulbs. Joseph showed up at almost the exact estimated arrival time and got straight to work. He conducted a safety inspection and walked me through all of the work he was performing. Courteous and respectful of the home, he wore boot covers inside. He identified that one of my fixtures was damaged, and corrected the problem quickly. Thoroughly inspected the external and internal panels, as well as climbing around duct work in the attic to check the joints and boxes. A little more pricey than I expected or wished for but if the lights stay fixed I'll be happy. They also do a military discount and offer a 3 yr warranty for parts, travel, and labor for fixes. Overall is say that's worth it for the peace of mind I have knowing it will be/stay fixed. Thanks Joseph!

I recently had an electrical emergency at my dads house, rather than have him try to fix it himself, I told him I would call him an electrician. I was referred to John Jones Electric by a friend who has used them many time in the past. I called and talked with their dispatcher, and told her that I thought we had an emergency at the house, as my dad said a burnt smell was coming from a wall plug. She told me that they would get someone over as soon as possible. After I got off the phone with them I headed over to my dads house, it took me maybe five minutes to get there and the electrician had beaten me there! He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He even wore covers over his shoes when inside the house. We were very pleased with the work and thought the price was great for the quality service that we received. These guys are a very professional and knowledgeable outfit and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. In fact, I just told a friend about them and he used them for a project at his house and could not be more pleased! They definitely have a customer for life with us!
