NEW ISSUE: July 3rd and 4th 2021. With the original issue, they gave me a year of their Penguin Plan. So they had been hounding me to use it for the maintenance of my air conditioning. So finally as summer began to heat up I decided to have them out to do the maintenance. Had a an awesome tech named Michael come out and explain one A/C system needed to be replaced and the other with his maintenance could go for another 2 years or so (at the very least another summer). So we pay 8k for our a/c to be replaced. They came out the next day which was May 29th. I thought that was great. They told me it would take 3 to 4 hours unless we run into trouble. It took them about 8 hours to complete. At one point in time one of the techs was deep in our attic yelling for one over and over. I kept asking when I saw them if everything was alright and they kept confirming it was. They promptly took the second payment (split it half the day of booking and half when they were finished) and they got out of there. They didn't teach us the New thermostat or even speak to us about barely anything about the new a/c. As it has gotten hotter and hotter this new a/c will struggle to keep temperatures steady during the day. Fast forward 4 weeks and now we have a leak from the condensation line that is destroying out ceiling (bubbling paint and dripping through in multiple areas, dripping down onto our stairs (and soaking a carpet). I checked outside to see what was up with the condensation lime and saw that the spout was facing sideways instead of down, so I assumed that this could be part of the issue as it was clearly adjusted when they did the install. I called at 9:45 pm and 11:45 pm and spoke with Patty both times said she would get a message to dispatch and someone should be calling me back soon. I stayed up until 4 am waiting for a callback. I got woken up by the dripping noise at 6:30 am on the 4th. So I called and this time spoke to Christy. She explained that they can't guarantee when on call gets back to us. This is getting more and more frustrating because my house is continuing to be destroyed by this leak and I really do not want come home or wake up and my whole ceiling be mush or falling down. I now may have to take this review everywhere else online because this is not a good representation of their 4.7 stars or as they say on the phone the home of 5 stars service. I can't just sit around and wait for this thing to fix itself or for them to get back to me. I need this fixed today and the longer they take to get back to me the more damage that is happening to my house.Original issue (truncated for room on the new issue): Called at 6 am Tuesday morning. Explained i have 2 daughters under 4 a pregnant wife and my dad who had a stroke 2 weeks ago living in the house. Explained thoroughly that both ac units were not blowing cold air. They said they will get someone out ASAP and then went on to explain that how they work is not by appointment but by tech availability and I would receive a call 30 minutes ahead of time. So when they said ASAP I thought it would be that morning or even early afternoon because of the dependents in the household. Then i got a call at 6 pm telling me we are next on the list (call was from the office not the tech). Then at 7:30 pm i get a call crom the office again telling me they have been focusing on people with no AC in the house and we will have to be pushed until tomorrow. I explained the situation very thoroughly again to her and she says none of that was in the file then proceeds to say ok well let me see what I can do to get someone out there tonight. She calls back and informs me i was next on the list (again). At 8:52 I get the call from the tech Sean. Sean was nice however, he did not doagnose both air conditioning units before coming in and getting me to sign for work to be done on one of them. At this point i needed to get the air fixed for my family's sake. So he kept pushing me to add more and more.
