I called Wiring Pros and they were able to send out an electrician within a day. The appointment time was for noon. They texted 30 minutes before to say they were on the way. I have used George Brazil before and was happy with the service. However, this year, my experience bordered on acceptable. When the technicians got there, I was given a hard sell to purchase a level of membership. I declined. There were other suggested repairs that I should consider. I declined all those other repairs. I asked them to just do the job that they came to do. An estimated 2 hour job turned into a 4 hour job! There was an apprentice working with the regular technician. Each and every step was explained to the apprentice. That lengthened the amount of time to complete the job. When the job was complete, the water was turned on and the equipment tested. There was a leak. Troubleshooting and fixing the leak took another 10 minutes. Then the drywall cut out (the wall had to be cut to access the plumbing) was taped into place. 2 hours later, that drywall piece fell out. The only thing I had in the house to cover the hole was a piece of cardboard and duct tape. The actual repair once it was completed was nice. It took much longer than it was estimated to take. Customers should be told ahead of time that an apprentice was going to be working under the guidance of the regular technician.
