No doubt in my mind that I'll always call George Brazil for all my plumbing needs. I've used them twice (hot water heater and standard plumbing) and they continue to impress me. I worked with Mike P. today and I truly think he's a lifesaver. I've had so many things going wrong with the house and I told Mike I really need a cost-effective way to achieve my goal. He went over my options and didn't push me in any directions. I couldn't take advantage of the memberships today, but I definitely plan on doing so in the near future. Thank you, George Brazil.

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!
