I had called multiple plumbers due on a Saturday, due to one issue or another I was left without a functioning bathroom, because no one was able to come out. I called George Brazil shortly after 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning. Christine was up front and informed me that someome would be out in the evening. Ted and Larry came out, both were very polite, and after discussing the issue got the job done quickly, and double checked to make sure it was done right. And Larry took the time to answer all my questions pertaining to the process.I will definitely use the company in the future, and request their service if possible.

Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!
