It turned out that his suspicion was correct and the solution that he proposed fixed the problem. I am confident that some other electricians would have used this as an opportunity to try and replace the entire panel. I was impressed with Michael's patience and honesty. Poor communication, even worse quality of work, and most of all their prices were INSANE!!!! It's bad when an amateur homeowner can produce better quality than a educated professional. This would be the worst possible choice for anyone (commercial or residential) to go with whether you're remodeling or building new. Craig cares about only himself, not the customer, and sends his uneducated minions out to do his bidding. Good luck if you decide to use this clown.
