I would stay FAR FAR away from this company unless you have money to throw away. Last year after I had moved into my new home, I brought Penguin in to quote a water softener system. The tech tried to push me to purchase a hotel quality water heater for $6,000, even though my Rinnai tankless was a month old. They also wanted to charge an absurd amount for the water softener system. I found another company that did it for half the price and didn't try to push any unnecessary products on me.I was compelled to write this review after some friends recently had their A/C go out and had Penguin come out (based on the great reviews) and were told they'd need to spend over $13,000 for a new AC & installation, only to find a different company that fixed the unit for about $200.It seems like this business focuses on selling you a new product rather than attempt to fix what you have first. If you do contact Penguin, I would get another opinion or two before forking over your cash.
