Customer service at the next level!!! Called yesterday and they were here the next morning. The lady who called me to set up the appointment was very friendly. Communication was excellent from the e-mail and the text notifying us the technician was on his way. Once Ted arrived he was very polite and explained everything that needed to be done and why.
