My technicians Doug and Shon were very attentive and active in all questions. Good news and bad news was delivered with such a polite professionalism it seemed like I was talking to my next door neighbors. Work they could do was excellent with explanations. And work that needed more time with future scheduling was laid out well before they left. This is the second time I've had TIO come to my house, and I have never been disappointed!

Jeff in particular is an extremely courteous and responsive person as well as the people he sent to do the work at my house. Everyone was timely; everyone was professional; everyone took the time to explain the intricacies before, during, and after they completed the work. Jeff has followed through with all the necessary entities such as stucco repair, paint finishing and city inspector and arranged for the inspection.
