Best Circuit Additions in Phoenix AZ

I ordered a desk lamp over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I've called and all their operators were busy. I called later after they closed and was directed to the voice mail; well that was full and could not take any more calls. I'm thinking this company is a shame, they got my money and are not taking any effort to take care of their customers. If I don't hear from them by the end of this week, I'll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix, Arizona.
I will not recommend anyone doing business with them.

First tech didn’t follow through but as soon as owner heard he was on the phone to make it right.

On a Friday evening of a holiday weekend owner,Darrell, came and personally did job himself and it is just Perfect!

I have never been treated so horrible. First when they came out they replaced one piece that didn’t fix the problem. 2. APS did ALL the work. 3. They had me sign a blank form, which happened to be the bill before it was the bill. 4. When the company called I told them I would call them when I got home and immediately this person verbally attacked me and telling me they would put a lien on my house for $415.00 and accused me of not owning the house and hung up on me very very rude. Then I receive a bill for $515.00 So this person increased the bill by $100. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!

All of the technicians are knowledgeable and professional, which is extremely important as a Property Manager. I know I can call Stacy and not worry about the job or when it will be completed. Sad excuse for an electrical Company they should be embarrassed an ashamed of the garbage craftsmanship and lack of knowledge. So many issues with the new builds in blue horizons community. Maybe hire an actual electrician not just guys who can run romex. Unsafe conditions!
