Clean vehicles and Robert, the technician, was well groomed, polite and friendly. They gave an estimate and did the job at the cost they quoted, even though I suspect it took more time to do the job than expected. I gave them an opening to revise their estimate and they refused. I am a new Efficient customer, but a happy one all the same. I had some wiring issues with an addition. (Kept blowing the breaker.) . The tech was able to come out, diagnose my issues and repair them in short order. He said wiring problems are common in older places like mine. He is such a pro! He was fast, friendly, and fair. He gave me a quote on some lighting I've been thinking about having done, too, and it was way more reasonable than I would have guessed.
