Best A C Units in Phoenix AZ

I was looking for an electrician and a neighbor suggested TAB. I contacted Tom and he was able to come over the next day. He came in, figured out the electrical issues and fixed them right away. I am clueless when it comes to electrical issues and was desperate to get my fans fixed. Tom could have EASILY sold me on things I didn't need... but he didn't. He was honest and is a great guy and I will DEFINITELY reccomend him to EVERYONE I know!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Penguin Air. They were able to come out and get my air conditioner back up and running the same day I called! The girl who answered the phone and scheduled my service was very kind quick to get us going. They even sent me a text message with the Technicians picture so I knew what he would look like. The service techs were very professional and informative. I liked my service so much I purchased the warranty service package to keep them coming back to service my air conditioner. Their quick response and super friendly staff/techs really helped with a very stressful situation. I would highly recommend them for your air conditioning needs.Update: We have now had Penguin Air come and replace our main water line when ours burst. Carl and Jose were great and did an awesome job. And ours was especially tough since they had to drill through a surprisingly tough wall! Thank you very much guys for the hard work!

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST.
