Danny came out and installed a mitigation fan on the roof. He had to get in the attic crawl space to do this, and did it without a complaint. He also put in a box with a switch for the fan and an outlet in our laundry room. He did a super job and everything looked great afterwards- no mess! Leo ran 50 amp wiring to a new cooktop and exhaust fan. He installed the cooktop, exhaust fan, wiring and new junction box for a very reasonable price. absolutely awful. firstly the handyman ruined 3 drawers by drilling incorrect holes in them. after returning with the new ones, the “finished” job left 2 noticeable nicks on my pantry. one handle isn’t tightened. another handle isn’t even on one of the screws; the screw is just sticking out. i would give zero stars if possible. i cannot believe this is acceptable. please use Ace handyman services instead and save yourself the headache and money.
