DJ arrived to diagnose the the problems I was having and made sure that everything was 100% fixed like nothing ever happened. Danny came out and installed a mitigation fan on the roof. He had to get in the attic crawl space to do this, and did it without a complaint. He also put in a box with a switch for the fan and an outlet in our laundry room. He did a super job and everything looked great afterwards- no mess! All the work was done well, works great and the price was right, too! Will definitely use Cowboy Electric in the future!

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

I contracted through Amazon to install a light fixture. Jeff accepted the job from Amazon. He called me two hours before the arrival window and said he would be arriving an hour early. I told him that I would be leaving work early and could only be home at the originally scheduled time window. He said he would arrive at the beginning of that window (2pm). I left work early to meet him. Twenty minutes before the arrival time, he sent me a text stating he was more than 50 miles away and I would have to reschedule with Amazon. Another text he sent said he was 1 hour and 45 minutes away which was still fine with me, but he didn’t want to drive that long. I reported this to Amazon which is going to be sending him a warning letter that if another customer reports similar issues then he will be removed as an electrician from Amazon’s Home Services. Now, I have to reschedule with Amazon who will send my job to another electrician, and I will have to take another afternoon off work because Jeff didn’t follow through on his commitment.

Ok so I had problems with my AC unit and the company I usually use took forever to come out so I cancelled and looked for another company. When Penguin Air came out they took a look and told me it was a wiring problem it would be $368 I then said I would call the company that installed it he stated he could get me a discount. I then had him proceed with the repairs. He then told me that the freon was low and it would be another $250 plus recharge the system for another $300 I said I was going to talk to the people that I bought the unit from. When they came out he said it was not a low on freon issue that my system was froze up and took pictures of my unit and a video to show me exactly what was wrong. I had to leave so I communicated with this guy over the phone. My son was home to let him in and out of the house. To my amazement this gentleman did not leave a receipt for the repairs that were done and also he stated that the thermostat was wired incorrectly and that was an issue. I will not do business with this company again and I will not recommend them to anyone. I should have been given a receipt for what he actually did so I could look at it when I got home. I believe I was way overcharged for the services performed and cannot believe he did not see all the ice on the condenser.

Technician came to my workplace and didnt want to replace a breaker that was faulty. Poor service

Had issue with the panel spot that held the breaker for our A/C. Joel was helpful and professional, gave a few different options so that we could choose what was best for us. Not the cheapest route, not the most expensive route, but was capable of getting done within a day. This company is great to work with and they listen to your needs. Recommend to everyone I can.

Excellent communication-- Mike has a great team who came out to upgrade our electrical panel and run 220 line to upgrade to an electric tankless hot water heater. He coordinated the install with Exclusively Tankless, so everything was installed on the same day in several hours.
