On Saturday I noticed that the metal framing around one of my drop ceiling tiles in the basement was black and burning. As soon as I turned off the light, it the crackling stopped, so I knew it was an electrical issue, and that it was a dangerous situation. I googled local electricians and saw Cermanski’s website. I called and Dave answered. I told him my problem and asked how soon he could come. He came on Sunday. During the Eagles game, mind you, and worked steadily for 4 hours until he got the job done. As it turned out, the electrical wiring throughout half of my basement had been performed in a slipshod manner and had created a serious fire hazard. It was a miracle that I discovered the problem in time, and that Dave was there in a pinch to save me and my house. He did beautiful work, was extremely professional and nice, and cleaned up everything. His prices are also quite fair. I’m so lucky I found him ?.

Highly recommend Jim & sons electric. Ron came out on time finished the job and clean up after himself. Very polite and courteous towards any questions that I have. Also pricing are very reasonable. John was knowledgeable and able to provide ideas and suggestions that allowed to us to have what we wanted while being conscious of our budget. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANYI contacted BDE on Thumbtack for an electrical panel install which failed inspection. Ryan said he would take care of it and did not respond to my calls or texts. He also was supposed to credit back for the permit fee and send me a referral fee for my neighbors job which he never did. My neighbor bought parts for installation and he stopped responding and blocked our calls, we have no way of contacting him. Do not use this company or Ryan. Very dissatisfied with this unprofessional service and behavior!!
