Jay has been my electrician for my business and home for over ten years. The thing that makes me call him first is that he always responds and always makes sure that the job gets done right. That may sound like BS but on my last job I needed to pre pay him for his work because of franchise regulations. His job was done right away but he could not finish due to needing my counter guy having to finish first. Again, Jay was already paid for the entire job.
