It was a pleasure working with Al today! He is very professional and prompt, he even came minutes in advance (which is awesome). He called in advance to confirm the necessary supplies were present and when he began his work, he did it perfectly. He was open to suggestions/ my preferences, cleaned up behind himself and gave clear instructions on the tool.
