We worked with GEN3 Electric & HVAC to run diagnostics and repair our malfunctioning heater. First, they were absolutely wonderful on the phone, carefully listened to our descriptions and paid close attention to our concerns. The scheduling was fast and flexible and all personnel were so kind and understanding. Cliff did a great job running an early diagnosis and reporting the observations to the supervisors, it was followed by a whole-day and thorough troubleshooting of the entire furnace done perfectly by Dave and Jeffrey, leading to the replacement of a faulty component.
