I had Steve and Ken do a tune-up of our boiler and heater and they were super professional and helpful. Steve stayed to finish the job and did a lot of new homeowner education.Following this visit we decided to install a new high efficiency combi boiler and Jim and his team were very efficient and professional.We also had extensive electrical work done by Gen3 to get rid of knob and tube wiring, replace our panel, etc.I will definitely continue doing business with gen3.
