Friendly and professional and prompt and reasonable. They placed an outside light in the wrong place, but it was also my poor communication., so not really a mistake of theirs. They came back to fix it promptly at no charge, when they prob could have just left it as I had paid and agreed before they left. But they instead were super ethical. Lots of companies talk like they're honest mom and pop shops, but aren't really. These people were genuinely ethical, on top of doing a good job, and having reasonable pricing (I shopped around for quotes for the tesla charger). From the person who first came and did the quote, to the guys who came and installed (and corrected), and the owner who called to fix the miscommunication issue (after they had been paid).

Gavin from Mr. Sparky did an amazing job inspecting everything. Along the way he taught me things about my electrical in my house that I did not know. He gave lots of options and took his time to answer all of my questions and follow up questions. Love Mr. Sparky! I've received this great service with everyone from their company.

Augie and Joe did a great job with installing a ceiling fan and 2 outdoor lighting fixtures!! They did not charge me for an estimate, which was great. They were pleasant and professional, the the price was right!! I would highly recommend them for any lighting or construction needs!!

Sometimes I have to call in the pros and calling Owens was a great decision. Jack and Tim figured out the problems, added a few things I wanted, and it works great. Would recommend and we'll use again if needed for future work.

We had Seth replace a dryer outlet in our garage. He was prompt, courteous, and fixed our problem quickly! He also installed two new breakers in our breaker panel for us. Then he was kind enough to put the new cord on or new dryer! I loved having this electrician come to my home and fix our problem! Way to go Equity Electric!

Very professional and quick. I really appreciate that they have an online scheduling option on their website. Our original appointment was for about a week and a half out but after I made the appointment online I got a call and they scheduled a time to come out sooner, it was only a 3 day wait instead. We had a fault in the junction box of our kitchen fan that was causing a breaker to trip. They came out and were able to get it fixed in about 30-40 minutes. I don't really know anything about electrician costs but I was a little disappointed that we were charged $249 for such a quick fix but my husband said it was worth it.

We were having a stove delivered when they realized the old stove was hardwired. We had to get an electrician to install an outlet before they would leave the stove. Mike was at our house within 2 hours to install it for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be using him for our future electrical needs.

Went through my whole house told me entirely everything that was wrong all the way to a lightbulb being out and all I wanted was a doorbell put in I think my quote was $3,000 all I wanted was a doorbell wow I just wish they could have come out and fix the doorbell it cost me $29 for the service call or $25 whatever it was but I just wish all he had to do is replace a transformer and fix and the doorbell where to work but instead of making $50 on a transformer he wanted that 3,000 I don't think that's fair now we're in the den we cannot hear nobody knock at our door the doorbell still don't work and I don't understand why he just couldn't come out what I called for I called to say hey I need a transformer replace front doorbell and now I don't even have a doorbell everybody is knocking and I can't even hear it I just wish he would have replaced the transformer what I called you people for it's too sad too bad have a good day very disgusted customer

I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. Don't ask them for an estimate. You'll never get one. You will be promised repeatedly that they'll call you back with at least some kind of information. Trey himself told me on no less than 8 times over the period of two months that he would get right back to me. I didn't realize that 'right back to me' meant two months with still ZERO word. I was told that Tmax was the best in town and could be relied upon. I was told they were professional. These word of mouth claims couldn't be further from the truth. I'm disabled with serious mobility issues and am now facing my home being condemned. All because this company dropped the ball and obviously thought I was unworthy of the truth and respect that an actual caring hometown business would extend to a customer.

They claimed that my entire electrical system wasn't to code, shouldn't have passed inspection and needed to be replaced.
My house doesn't meet current codes, but it was to code when it was built, as such it's grandfathered in.
They tried to get me to replace everything for $10,000. I got a second opinion and had the real problem fixed for $300
