Above and Beyond showed up at the time that they indicated. Michia was my tech and he was outstanding and fixed my problem quickly. He did give some options regarding upgrades as my plumbing is original to the house, and it was greatly appreciated. He took the time to explain these options. Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.
