Even though it was the weekend I got a quick answer and set up a time for a technician to come out. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the office the tech Jay called me. Gave me an estimate time of arrival. Called me back 30 minutes later and had a cancellation so was on his way. Jay was quick to Service and explain the situation. I appreciate Jay for his help and Terry’s for their service.

Above and Beyond showed up at the time that they indicated. Michia was my tech and he was outstanding and fixed my problem quickly. He did give some options regarding upgrades as my plumbing is original to the house, and it was greatly appreciated. He took the time to explain these options.
