After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Ice Storm Oct 2020 we had a huge amount of limbs come down & rip the power line off the back of our house. Called tons of electricians and Joe was the one who called us back. He came right out and looked things over and the very next day Joe and his crew, Riley, Josh, Jacob & TJ came out and repaired our line. They went above and beyond with their work and even helped my husband pull a limb down off our crushed attached(now not attached) back porch. Good experience from start to finish. I initially called because I was blowing fuses when plugging a refrigerator into an outlet in the garage. Person who answered the phone was pleasant and professional. I set the appointment.

Lido and his crew were on time for the appointment and quickly diagnosed the problem. They recommended a dedicated outlet/breaker for the refrigerator and another for the battery bank where we charge power tool batteries. I also needed a power outlet for a washing machine in my she-shed.

All work was completed same day, quickly, and for a reasonable price. Bonus was that they actually moved and plugged in the refrigerator and did the same for the washing machine.

Highly recommend Baxter Electric and will be calling them for future electrical needs.

We worked with Rebeca to help us with getting quote. Our breaker box burned out on a Saturday. Rebecca listened to our issues and asked for pictures so she can get a quote for the fix by Monday morning. She was very helpful. Respectful, high quality and good attitude!

Awesome company

Unprofessional! Needed Jacuzzi hooked up for my disabled wife left my house with damaged walls and lots of electrical problems. Blocked my phone number won't come back to fix. Beware! Not good.

Used to be a great company. They had some of the best electricians. The management now is a joke. They treat their employees terribly. As the greatness that once made this company slowly start to quit one by one the management makes public accusations as well as calling around and trying to ruin the reputations of the people who made this company thrive. If they treat the ones they should be loyal to like garbage, how do you think they will treat their customers?

$180 for an emergency call and never get a call back with a quote waited 4 business days without a call back.
