Sometimes I have to call in the pros and calling Owens was a great decision. Jack and Tim figured out the problems, added a few things I wanted, and it works great. Would recommend and we'll use again if needed for future work.

Additionally, Mike was flexible in helping me understand better my requirements for my project and offered several avenues to accomplish my goals with differing price points. Great working with Justin and his crew. They took care of all my needs including updating all the plugs to GFI to current standards. He added a grounding rod also to bring my folks house up to new standards. His crew was professional, worked hard and cleaned up. I have used them several times and have been pleased with the work and BLESSED that he runs an honest, dependable company.

Just had work done by McNatt Electric on my two ceiling fans. After many months of trying to figure out what the issue was, the technician was able to identify the issues after careful troublshooting. Thankfully, it was nothing more than needing to replace the remote batteries or the remote and receiver itself. The house is 11 years old, so it may be due for a change. I was worried it was something big like an electrical wiring problem. I gave a 4-star because the technician arrived late, but at least he called let me know he was on his way. He knows his job very well and did everything in a decent and orderly fashion. So I was very happy with result. Definitely recommended.

Extremely pleased with Terry! He has been very helpful responding to mother-in-law having electrical issues in her home. After speaking with him the first time, I knew I could trust him and that he cares for his customers. I was having issues with my electric system. I have a home warranty so the dispatched this company to work on my electric. In order for a warranty company to dispatch this company had to accept the job. I spoke with this company they was very rude and told me they didn't like working with warranty companies and talked to me like I was dumb. Then my warranty company called them and they told them they would come out. I called to schedule and again they refused to schedule me and come out. I wouldn't use them.

$180 for an emergency call and never get a call back with a quote waited 4 business days without a call back.

Satisfaction is not guaranteed. I would not recommend. I needed a simple outlet installed. Lance came out to install. He installed it crooked. Tripped down a ladder into my wall. I could smell alcohol on him and confronted him about it. He didn't deny it. They charged me $288 (For ONE simple outlet) which I paid under protest. I called to complain about Lance to the owner ... who said he DID NOT believe me and said that Lance was his best guy. He did offer to knock off 10%. I declined for several reasons.
After he left ... the outlet stopped working! I had to call ANOTHER electrician .... who came in and we figured out Lance had tied the outlet to the garage light SWITCH ... therefore, when we turned the outside garage lights off ....it turned the outlet (and out TV hooked up to it) OFF!! And I paid for that?! The other electrician, Shane Denny with Denny's Electric was awesome. I would recommend them. They put in THREE (3) additional outlets ALL for $300 (about the same price that Harris Electric charged me for ONE). Harris Electric took my money and didn't look back. Definitely not satisfied and out $288 for work that had to be redone!
