Excellent Service! Highly Recommend!

After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

The electricians sent out by Robert Baxter Electric were very professional, neat, and worked in a way that demonstrated those qualities and their respect for my time. Their price was very reasonable for the work being done too. Very happy overall with the service I received from this company.

Made my problems electrical problem disappear. I attempted to wire a complicated switch in my home by myself. That didn't go well. Before I knew it the light in the bathroom was being switched by the switch in my office. Fitzgerald Electric got me sorted out in no time at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Recommended through someone else in the neighborhood. Guys did a great job. Communication before the visit allowed me enough of a window to expect their arrival. Found the issue fairly quick, although it caused me not to really need their services. However, they were able to suggest alternatives and offered to help once we took care dog the other problem. They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

The team was very responsive and patient with all of my questions I had about throughout the whole process. When I changed my about something, they not only listened without complaint but they made the change mid-stream with no extra cost. I really appreciated them for that. I’ve used Osborne on two occasions now and have been thoroughly impressed. Riley is one of the nicest professionals we’ve had work on our house. He fixed/installed several new electrical outlets in our garage and did a great job. Juan replaced an exterior flood light and installed a new exterior outlet. He had to cut holes in some dry wall to do the outlet install and put the drywall back exactly where it was afterwards. He treated this job like it was on his own house! Highly recommend Osborne!

Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I would. We called Harris electric to get a quote on rewiring some outlets for a kitchen remodel. He said he charges $80/hour for the work. Great! A guy and his son came by to work on the house the next day. They were nice people while they were here, and the son joked that he “didn’t even work for the company” and that he “didn’t know what he was doing” so it appeared he was there for an extra hand/maybe to learn the trade from his dad. We were invoiced $435 for 3 hours of work, and my husband paid it without looking carefully at the itemized receipt (our biggest mistake). After realizing he charged us $130/hour as opposed to the $80/hour that we agreed on, we called Gary (the owner) to ask for our $150 back as we were told it would be $50 less per hour than we were charged. He immediately became loud and rude saying that we were paying $80 PER MAN (which was never told to us) and that he was actually giving us A DEAL by only charging us $50 for the second man (ha!). Remember, the second man being the son who apparently didn’t actually work there or know what he was doing. AND to top it all off, they did the job incorrectly so we had to spend the next day rewiring their work so we could actually have power to the outlets needed. We’ve called Gary multiple times asking for our money back, and each time he’s cussed and yelled at us and ends the conversation with hanging up on us. Save your money, time, and sanity by going with literally any other electrician you can find.
