Above and Beyond showed up at the time that they indicated. Michia was my tech and he was outstanding and fixed my problem quickly. He did give some options regarding upgrades as my plumbing is original to the house, and it was greatly appreciated. He took the time to explain these options. Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.
