I called Barnett Electrical approx a month ago to repair power loss to 2 rooms of my moms house. They went above and beyond the norm and resolved the issue. Yesterday, 8/04/2020, my mom called me, after 5pm, and informed me that she had the same issue again in the same location. I contacted them and they fit her in their schedule early the next afternoon. They came out and had the issue fixed in a very short time. They stood by their work and didn't charge her for this repair. She said they were very nice and told her not to hesitate to call if it happened again. Unfortunately she didn't remember the techs names. I have never encountered such an awesome group of people. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible.....on second thought I DO give them 10 stars!! I highly recommend these guys!!!

Alarm system is trigged randomly throughout the day and night - I tried to have my concerns remedied however have yet to hear from this business. After hours emergency line never returns calls so getting any sort of help from this place is laughable. Absolute garbage - I tried to have the BBB contact this business with no success. I did have one of the techs come out to pick up all their trash they left at my house lol

The technicians I had were awesome, friendly and informative of every step and the process. I appreciate everything to the techs that came out with getting my power back on.

They claimed that my entire electrical system wasn't to code, shouldn't have passed inspection and needed to be replaced.
My house doesn't meet current codes, but it was to code when it was built, as such it's grandfathered in.
They tried to get me to replace everything for $10,000. I got a second opinion and had the real problem fixed for $300
