Jonathan and his assistants are very professional and have done a great job with all of my home remodeling and electrical installation. I had Doug and Justin come out and install a outlet for my new gas range, sense I do not need the 220 just a 110 outlet. during this process Doug had Justin doing work and took time to look at a light switch that I installed wrong. Doug quickly fixed the issue and showed me how to do it right next time. I am glad that I picked them. They also arrived the day after thanksgiving and the same day I called. Easy to work with. Mike saw an issue I had on Facebook and came out on a Saturday. I was a day off after hours worst case and his rates and quickness was awesome.

They came to my house in order to “give me a quote” but I never heard back from them even after I followed up with them asking when I could expect a quote.
Seems super unprofessional and disrespectful to come into someone’s home and not even give a quote.

The team was very responsive and patient with all of my questions I had about throughout the whole process. When I changed my about something, they not only listened without complaint but they made the change mid-stream with no extra cost. I really appreciated them for that. The technicians I had were awesome, friendly and informative of every step and the process. I appreciate everything to the techs that came out with getting my power back on.

Their technician did a good job on installing ceiling fan (and installed a switch and ran the wire) even though an accidental stumble put a hole in my ceiling (which he tried to patch). Though even after four separate times I had asked for a quote before the work was started and twice more during the install process, I was never given a quote. Almost a month later I finally get the invoice only to find out they charged over double what their competitors had quoted me for.

$180 for an emergency call and never get a call back with a quote waited 4 business days without a call back.

Never returned my call.

They claimed that my entire electrical system wasn't to code, shouldn't have passed inspection and needed to be replaced.
My house doesn't meet current codes, but it was to code when it was built, as such it's grandfathered in.
They tried to get me to replace everything for $10,000. I got a second opinion and had the real problem fixed for $300
