Great service. Excellent help understanding needs and options before doing work. Fast and efficient work. I needed a way to connect my generator to my home electrical system. Ross helped me understand the backup power options. They installed a new electric panel with a generator input circuit and safety interlock device. Next time the power goes out I can run the house electrical system off of generator. Huge thanks to Don, Jeff and the crew that did the work!

We had someone come into our back yard and steal the disconnect from our A/C unit early in the morning, but we didn’t realize it until our house got HOT. I called around town and was quoted a pretty pricey repair since no one sold the individual piece we needed. Someone thankfully recommended that I call Waters Electric and I’m so glad I did. The gentleman was so kind and helpful and was so willing to help me out. He went above and beyond. He had to look around to see if they had the part I needed, then called me back quickly to let me know they did. He saved me SO much money today, which I’m very thankful for. Great service

Faith did a good job installing a generator. After that, I endured several years of frustration with them servicing my generator. I would call and leave messages and go weeks before getting a call back. Technicians were difficult to get scheduled. It was a hassle. I found someone else to service the unit and was happy with them. During the recent ice storm my regular service provider wasn't able to help. When I called Faith, a man answered the phone and began telling me that the problem presenting itself was all my fault, that I should call the other people back. I stopped him and said bluntly do you want to come out and work on this generator or not? That was met with him arguing with me and being rude. I'm done with Faith. Their customer service skills are ridiculously poor and I will never put myself through the frustration of having to call and beg for someone to come out to my house again.
