Our experience with Performance Electric surpassed any and all expectations. Every time I called, I talked to a real person, who remembered me. Brody had our powered restored within 1 1/2 hours, was very professional and friendly. I can't thank the Performance Electric team enough for the absolute best customer service! Tom and his team did an outstanding job at fixing the electrical issues we were having with our pool and waterfall. From having to investigate the old wiring issues, to coming up with a cost-effective and long-term solution for us, he really put effort into our job. Not to mention they spent the entire day there, and into the night, to finish the job for us on time before my son's party! So appreciated and dedicated. We look forward to working with him again in the future, and having someone we can trust to do the job right.

We had an electrical fire that revealed many problems with our old wiring and Blue Sky was hired to completely re-wire the property. Stefan and Tucker showed up everyday on time and in good spirits to handle this daunting task. They were very kind and respectful and were a pleasure to have on the job! Since the job was done we’ve have no issues and everything is now up to date and working great. Thanks also to Nick and the owner for coming out and inspecting and assuring us!

Great service. Excellent help understanding needs and options before doing work. Fast and efficient work. I needed a way to connect my generator to my home electrical system. Ross helped me understand the backup power options. They installed a new electric panel with a generator input circuit and safety interlock device. Next time the power goes out I can run the house electrical system off of generator. Huge thanks to Don, Jeff and the crew that did the work!

Extremely pleased with Terry! He has been very helpful responding to mother-in-law having electrical issues in her home. After speaking with him the first time, I knew I could trust him and that he cares for his customers. Great service

I've had 3 encounters with Faith Electric and all have had to do with home generators. The first was great, we had just bought a house with a whole-home generator and I had them come out to change the oil and show me the ins and outs of the system. The tech was great in explaining everything. A year later I had them come out to change the oil again but I wasn't there for a before-agreed-upon price, something like $40. The tech proceeded to without authorization from me change out the air filter and oil filter and I got a bill for $240. When I called the tech and the office they would not work with me and I paid the bill after vowing to never do business with them again. Fast forward, just bought a house in Edmond with a generator which is running flawlessly. Got a notice on the door from Faith that we needed to do yearly preventative maintenance; I went out to the generator (I check it weekly) and the diagnostic screen said the battery was bad. I checked the battery (full charge) and reset the warning light. It's still running weekly and testing out fine. Interesting that the warning light came on right after they checked my generator...I know lots of reviewers have had excellent service from this company but my experience has been less than satisfactory.

Rude was about to do a job then quit before hand. Please use this electrical contractor they are pretty dam good and respectful. The company is Tom King Electric. The Chad guy the pick up the phones please run his License before so.
